Overtime Exemptions: What Are They and How to Prepare

The DOL's new regulations for determining if a salaried white collar job is exempt from overtime pay requirements take effect on December 1, 2016. The minimum salary level for white collar (executive, administrative, and professional) exemptions will be raised from $455 per week ($23,660 per year) to $913 per week ($47,476 per year). In this webinar, we'll discuss how to apply the new salary level, and the other changes that will also take effect on December 1, 2016.
