The conference will feature three interactive training sessions, networking opportunities, sponsorship & speaker information area, and a silent auction benefiting the HRCC Scholarship Fund.

Susan Steward, Partner at Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo (AALRR), shares insights into managing a workforce that spans multiple generations. - 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM: The Neuroscience Behind Job Performance
Dr. Mayra Austin, Founder of Management Cues, explores how neuroscience-backed, brain-based techniques can elevate manager problem-solving skills and improve employee performance. - 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM: Wellness at Work
Dr. Maria Silva-Palacios, Founder of Ergon Culture Solutions and author of The Safe Zone, and Dr. Victor Silva-Palacios, Clinical Psychologist, will lead a powerful session on building a culture of physical and mental wellness in the workplace. - 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Closing remarks, Q&A, networking, raffle wrap-up.
