Under the general supervision of the Deputy CEO or designee, the Provider Recruiter Specialist will be responsible for recruiting experienced providers who are committed to the community health center mission by providing quality healthcare to the safety net patient population in a culturally sensitive manner. The Provider Recruiter Specialist is responsible for the success recruitment of physicians and advanced practice professionals including onboarding and retention.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline required. Two to four years of experience in physician recruitment. A minimum of one year in working with a community health center.
