Job Title Culture Coordinator
Job Responsibilities

Besides playing an integral part to Trust Automation’s growth and success, you will provide support and resources to employees to assist in uniting and strengthening the Trust Automation team, while increasing employee engagement and motivating employees to do their best work. Success in this position will be achieved through communication, organization and the ability to drive projects and impart an excellent company culture. The Culture Coordinator will report to the Human Resources Manager and work with management staff to ensure prompt responses to employee’s inquiries and needs. You are ideal for this position is if you enjoy sharing your love of wellness, culture, health and green initiatives with others. You will be challenged with activities which include: Serves as an informational resource, providing a high level of customer service responding to daily inquiries relating to company programs, events and policies. Facilitate the Entertainment Committee (ET) and execute ET events, including Winter Party, Summer BBQ, Winter Breakfast, Halloween, etc. Update information on bulletin boards, newsletters, Intranet and social media. Lead employee stretching sessions. Responsible for facilitating event planning, logistics, budgeting, marketing, execution and cleanup of company events. Manage multiple projects with deadlines simultaneously, while prioritizing effectively. Supports human resources including, preparing on-boarding items, developing content for monthly employee newsletter, onboarding, recruiting, training and development activities. Create positive change. You will handle basic employee relations issues by improving working relationships, building morale and increasing engagement, productivity and retention. Coordinate, plan, schedule and track training and participants including set-up and assisting with the preparation and distribution of materials. Provide front desk backup coverage, answer phones and greet visitors. You will also have the opportunity to participate in projects that support Trust Automation’s values and mission.

Job Qualifications

What You Need For This Position: Coursework in Hospitality, Business Administration, Communication, Kinesiology, Recreation or a related discipline AND 1-3 years relevant experience in a customer service, health and wellness, yoga instructor, hospitality or office support role. Prior cheerleader a plus! OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate in a concise, professional, timely and FUN manner. The ability to prioritize and work effectively with people at all levels and in different situations while being extremely organized and detail oriented. Demonstrated ability to consult, negotiate and successfully influence people at all levels. Able to think quickly and efficiently when confronted with a request, and anticipate the needs of others. Outstanding attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. Ability to maintain a high degree of discretion, diplomacy and confidentiality. Strong Microsoft Office computer skills including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word. Class C driver’s license and reliable vehicle. Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
