Job Title Human Resources Generalist
Job Responsibilities

•Protect and support company processes, policies, and maintain compliance with employment law and regulations •Provide primary consultative support, HR guidance , and assistance to managers and employees regarding staffing, employment processing, company policies, benefit programs, and HR processes •Oversee recruitment process including tracking requisitions, interviewing and scheduling, recommend candidates, communication between candidates and hiring managers, prepare offer letters •Coordinate post-offer employment screenings. •Schedule and coordinate onboarding for new hires, conduct orientation and collect documentation. •Administer benefits and leave programs, ensure timely and consistent completion of performance review process, coordinate with appropriate departments (recruiting, IT, payroll, benefits) throughout employee life cycle. •Analyze recruitment techniques and refine process, recommend and implement improvements •Provide status reports and escalation of issues to keep HR Director apprised. •Manage employee terminations and conduct exit interviews •Conduct and coordinate required trainings, maintain documentation and attendance records. Assess training needs and recommend solutions to address competence gaps •Maintain and update personnel files. Ensure compliance with reporting and tracking requirements. •Perform other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; and 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
