Job Title Practice/HR Manager
Job Responsibilities

Office staffing, including coaching, hiring & discipline; Lead office meetings and implement programs for training; Payroll and Benefits Administration; Oversee staff training and day-to-day operations to ensure quality customer service and care for our patients; Order office supplies.

Job Qualifications

At least 3 years of HR or Office Manger experience required. Previous experience in medical office setting preferred. Capable of leading, managing, and coaching staff at all levels; Demonstrated competence in all aspects of staff management, including training, hiring and staff discipline; Ability to analyze various sources of data in order to establish priorities and initiate operational programs; Sound personal judgment in decision-making; Demonstrated ability to show empathy toward patients and treat them with respect and compassion; Excellent interpersonal communication skills; A commitment to outstanding customer service; Solid math and computer skills.
