RRM Design Group's San Luis Obispo office is currently seeking a full-time Human Resources Manager to join our Human Resources team! We are seeking an individual who is excited and eager to work in a professional team environment. This person will lead and help out when needed, a small HR department, in areas of benefits & compensation, on-boarding, education, and training. We're looking for someone who has experience and is current on recruiting, laws, policies, workers compensation and leaves of absences. This role would wear multiple hats and collaborate with leaders, managers, and employees on: employee relations and retention, organizational structure & change that aligns with RRM’s core values, help foster an inclusive work environment and assist in performance management.   

RRM Design Group is a 100% employee owned multi-discipline design firm with a full spectrum of services including architecture, landscape architecture, planning, civil and structural engineering, and surveying. Our offices are located along the California coast from Orange County to the Bay Area. Our professionals work on engaging projects in several diverse markets throughout the state.
