Job Title | Human Resources Generalist |
Job Responsibilities | Under the direction of the Practice Administrator, performs professional level duties related to Human Resources, including responsibilities in the following functional areas: Benefits Administration, Payroll, Recruitment, On-boarding, Employee Relations, Training, Performance Management, Policy Implementation, and Employment Law Compliance. |
Job Qualifications | • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field strongly preferred and three to five years HR experience or equivalent with at least one year experience in a medical office environment. • HRCI Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred but not required. • Must maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times. • Ability to adapt quickly to office routine and work under conditions of frequent interruptions. • Excellent customer service orientation, applied judgment, multi-tasking abilities and problem solving skills appropriate for patient contact and customer service. • Excellent computer skills, advanced knowledge of Microsoft programs and internet communications required. Previous experience with HRIS systems and timekeeping systems preferred. • Good command of the English language, both verbal and written. • Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute. |
