We have a big goal of being one of the best places to work on the central coast. The Director of HR/Care has an important role in making this goal a reality. You’d perform a wide range of administrative duties to ensure compliance with rules and regulations, you’d help recruit and care for personnel, you’d assist with culture building and provide important help to leadership with other HR-related matters.

We are seeking an engaging, personable and professional individual with a college degree and 2+ years of experience in human resources. Payroll experience, non-profit HR experience and familiarity with school and non-profit HR-related laws desirable. Individual needs to be highly organized, but also great with people. We are also looking for someone with a growth mindset and who is excited to contribute to a dynamic, ever-growing organization.
